Frequently Asked Question

If you are a current Westfield State student, you have access to FREE online tutoring through ThinkingStorm. To learn more about the ThinkingStorm service, please visit our ThinkingStorm website.

ThinkingStorm can now be accessed from within Plato, under Plato Help & Resources on the top blue navbar. To access your ThinkingStorm account:

1. Log into Plato.
2. Click on “Plato Help & Resources” on the top blue navbar. Click on the ThinkingStorm link on the dropdown menu.

Note: You should NOT have to log in to ThinkingStorm. If it is asking for login credentials, please try a different browser. If the problems persist, please contact cit@westfield.ma.edu or submit a ticket with the CIT Helpdesk.
