Re-installing Respondus LockDown Browser may also help alleviate various issues. The following are a few issues we've heard from students at WSU, for LockDown Browser and/or Monitor:

  • When logging into Plato with LDB, I only see the frame across the top (with My PLATO, Courses, and Westfield image), but the rest of the page is blank:
    • Respondus support has instructed us that this can occur for an update to LDB, and re-installing the browser should fix the issue.
