To add a profile picture in Blackboard (it is not necessary to do this, but your choice):

• Click your name on the left sidebar in Plato. 

Hover over the grey person on top and click on the pencil (it will not show up if you are not hovering your curser over the image).

A right side panel will pop out and you will click on the "Upload new profile picture" button on the bottom. 

This will pull up the files on your computer. Browse for your image files and select the one you would like to use (the image must be saved on your computer to pull it in). 

The image will show up in the box and you can just click the X on the top to save it. You can also edit your basic information on this page.
