Frequently Asked Question
To log into Plato go to www.westfield.ma.edu/plato and click on the 'Log into Plato' button.
OPTION 1: Use your MyWestfield Single Sign On (SSO) Credentials
At the bottom of the page click the drop down to the right of the words "Sign in with third party account" (or Single Sign On - SSO). Then click on "Log in Using MyWestfield Credentials."
- If you have trouble with your MyWestfield (SSO) login, please contact the Technology Support Desk or visit them in the Ely Library.
OPTION 2: Log in with the original Plato login on the top of the page (scroll down for more details).
- Your user name will be: your first initial, and your last name, all lower case (ex: jdoe).
- Your initial password will be what was given to you during your Plato training, or for existing users, what it was previously.

Special programs such as ACE, CTE or various Community Ed programs will need to log in with (Option 2) the original Plato Login. Once you are loaded into the Plato system you will receive an email from Joe Axenroth with your log in credentials. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive this info by the day before your class begins.
